BSc UX Design student Max Barker won the Creative Conscience Grand Prix 2024 for Conductor, a project syncing household appliances with surplus renewable energy. BA Graphic Communication graduates also picked up Silver and Bronze awards. Five wins across two courses, all driven by design that tackles real-world problems.
Tom's futuristic vision for holographic TV with AR glasses bringing audiences inside a more inclusive viewing experience wowed the judges, scoring the highest level DA&D Pencil awarded for the brief from Sky.
Sophie Ross, one of our BSc User Experience Design graduates, won the highest accolade from the D&AD New Blood Awards - one of only two Black Pencils awarded worldwide - for her project Sky React.
